Refund and Return Policy

Introduction

At Fragrance of India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy for more details.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
  • Return Period:
    • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, gift cards, and sale items, are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

3. Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thefragranceofindia.com and send your item to our return address.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return Shipping Process:
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
